I’m glad to greet all the participants and guests of VIII Forum «Pochtovaya Troika» which is traditionally held in our city for fourteen years.

The Forum has become an important event in the life of postal sphere and chance to discuss the matters on further development of postal services. With every new event the overall level and content of this forum grow further. As expected this year the Forum will be attended by the guests from over twenty countries worldwide.

With every new event the overall level and content of this forum grow further. As expected this year the Forum will be attended by the guests from over twenty countries worldwide. Saint Petersburg was particularly chosen as a place of holding. The city on the Neva is one of the most dynamically developing constituent entities of the Russian Federation. And it also concerns the communications sector.

Undoubtedly we see our future in accelerated development of innovations and information technologies. It is a pleasure to see that Russian communications market develops at a quick pace and we see the implementation of new services for citizens.

I would like to wish the Forum’s participants fruitful work and those ones who came to Saint Petersburg for the first time to enjoy our city in the most wonderful time of twilight all night!
